Licence terms

The short version: you buy a licence to use Stillreel, not ownership of its code.

Your licence

A Stillreel licence bought from our website lets you use the app on up to 3 Macs you own or control. A copy bought on the Mac App Store is covered by the licence agreement shown on its App Store page. You may not copy, rent, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the app, or create derivative works of it. Open-source components keep their own licences, listed on the licences page.

No reverse engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, models or internal structure of Stillreel, or of any part of it, nor allow or help anyone else to do so. This includes using automated reverse-engineering tools or AI systems for that purpose. This restriction applies except, and only to the extent that, applicable law expressly permits such activity despite this limitation.

Ending the licence

The licence ends automatically if you break these terms. You must then stop using Stillreel and delete all copies.

Refunds and warranty

If Stillreel isn't right for you, reply to your receipt email within 14 days for a full refund. Apart from rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded, the app is provided as is.
